Hi, I am Arun Chinnachamy, pondering about the purpose of existence.

I am currently the CTO of the fastest growing Ed-tech company in India, BrightChamps. I scaled the engineering team from scratch to a headcount of 30 consisting of engineers, data scientists, and technology leaders.

I have extensive experience in building high-performing engineering-focused organizations, guiding strategy around emerging technology trends, and building scalable and innovative products and platforms.

Before BrightChamps, I was an Engineering Leader at Amazon and OYO, and prior to that, I served as the VP of Engineering at MySmartPrice.

I have authored two books on Redis going over design patterns and optimization.
